2. 2018, Royal College of Art (London), Dr Laura Ferrarello, Design for Safety Workshop. Published Lloyd’s Register Foundation “Design for Safety Foresight”. A panel of international experts (Engineers, Naval Architects, and Architects) from industry, academia, government, regulators and representative bodies assembled in London in February 2018 for a two-day symposium, followed by a more focused event in March 2018.
